Preschool Admissions
Standard Requirements for All New Students
- Must be 3 years old before August 1 of the enrollment year
- Must be fully potty trained
Current Family Enrollment Process
1. Enrollment window: January 19, 2027 - February 2, 2027
2. Submit enrollment paperwork for your new student (applications are processed in order received, pending teacher assessment)
3. Schedule an assessment/meet & greet with the PK-3 teacher
4. Admission decisions are based on fit, available spots, and timing of application. Families will be notified once the process is complete. Students may be accepted, denied, or waitlisted.
5. If accepted, families must pay registration fees in full to secure their child's spot.
New Family Enrollment Process
1. Complete the Prospective Family Form
2. Schedule a parent tour with Mr. Mocek
3. Submit an application on or after February 2, 2027
4. If you have not toured during the current school year, schedule a tour with Mr. Mocek
5. Schedule an assessment/meet & greet with the PK-3 teacher

PreK - Kindergarten
Readiness Admissions
Standard Requirements for All New Students
- Must be 4 years old before August 1 to enroll in Pre-Kindergarten
- Must be 5 years old before August 1 to enroll in Kindergarten
- Must be fully potty trained

Primary - Middle School Admissions
Standard Requirements for All New Students
- Must meet age requirements for the grade applied
- Must complete a full shadow day to be considered for acceptance
- New families must complete a family interview and tour prior to acceptance

3. Schedule a shadow day and assessment
4. Each unit will do assessments that day
5. Admission decisions are based on fit, available spots, and timing of application. Families will be notified once the process is complete. Students may be accepted, denied, or waitlisted.
6. If accepted, families must pay registration fees in full to secure their child's spot.

6. Admission decisions follow review of the shadow day, assessment, and records. Factors include fit, spots available, and timing of application. Families will be notified once the process is complete. Students may be accepted, denied, or waitlisted.
7. If accepted, families must pay registration fees in full to secure their child's spot.
